* NATIVE FORUM The Office of Hawaiian Affairs conducts a discussion of the Native Hawaiian Education Act at 6 p.m. July 21 at Kapolei Middle School. The act is up for reauthorization this year by Congress, and this is the time to express support for the law and its funding. Call 596-8155.

* TENNIS LEAGUE Island Tennis League registers players by July 21 for its summer season that begins July 24 on Oahu courts. Fee is $20 for singles, $35 per doubles. Sign up at islandtennisleague.org.
