Below are highlights of what’s coming up in West Oahu.

* BOARD The Pearl City Neighborhood Board meets at 6:30 p.m. April 24 in the Highlands Intermediate School cafeteria; the Makakilo-Kapolei-Honokai Hale board meets at 7 p.m. April 25 in the Kapolei High School cafeteria; the Waipahu board meets at 7 p.m. April 26 at Hawaii’s Plantation Village. * TALK STORY State Sen. Mike Gabbard meets with constituents at 9 a.m. April 28 at the Kapolei Starbucks (outside seating, near the Chevron Station). Gabbard and Rep. Sharon Har co-host a community meeting in the Kapolei High School cafeteria from 9 to 10 a.m. May 5, and Gabbard hosts a solo talk story meeting at Waikele Elementary School cafeteria from 9 to 10 a.m. June 2.
