Saturday Book Sale Will Benefit Library

The Friends of the Pearl City Library is holding a book sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the library meeting room, with all proceeds going to benefit the Pearl City Library and its programs.

Thousands of good reads for bookworms young and old will be marked at prices as low as 25 cents. Hardcover books range from $1 up, and CDs and DVDs also will be for sale.


Friends members shop early with a Members’ Night pre-sale from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 18, and new memberships and renewals will be taken at the door. Cost to join is $7 adults, $5 children 15 years and under, and $15 for families (must include one adult).
