Help Slow Speeders By Windward Schools

With public schools opening to students this week, the Windward Neighborhood Security Watch is preparing its annual Back to School Safety Awareness campaign near local campuses.

In an effort to get motorists to slow down for young children going to and from school, the CommunityTraffic Awareness Program (C-TAP) has set the following schedule of signwaving. Those wishing to join one or more of the groups should email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Each rally begins at 7 a.m.
