Kaneohe Ranch Closes Sale On Target Store

Construction is expected to begin this spring on a new Target store, which will replace Kailua’s Don Quijote on Hahani Street.

Kaneohe Ranch announced the plan Jan. 31 after finalizing the sale of the property to the national chain. It also assured residents that all other tenants on site have either moved themselves or have been relocated by either Target or Kaneohe Ranch, which stated it is also “working with other merchants to try to ensure that as much of the unique merchandise as possible offered by Don Quijote will remain available in Kailua.”
