Kids Camp Eases Deployment

Del.icio.usHawaii Operation: Military Kids Family Camp is set for Feb. 4 to 6 at Camp Erdman on the North Shore, offering much-needed time for families to connect following a deployment - or before the next one.
Most camp costs are paid by Operation Military Kids, so rates stay affordable for participants, who can look forward to archery, swimming, crafts, kayaking, hiking, ropes course, climbing wall, campfires, keiki-only groups and special events.
Families may share cabins, bathrooms and showers.
The camp is run in collaboration with personnel from 4-H Clubs, the YMCA and OMK, allowing for a supportive environment, rest, relaxation and special time together.
