Lions’ Gift Of $10,000

The Kahaluu Lions Club looks to award its Weinberg Friends program grant each year to a nonprofit charity that will use the $10,000 to help those in need. Applications are being accepted through Aug. 5.

Groups must describe their organization, provide a 501 IRS letter, an audited financial statement or 990 form, its by-laws and charter, the contact information for its board of directors and an explanation of expenditure of funds signed by the board’s chairman.
