Military families can relax and spend time together April 8-10 during a weekend family camp at Camp Erdman.

Families are eligible if at least one parent has returned from deployment since March 1, 2010, and if the family has at least one child who is 5 to 18 years old.

Operation: Military Kids covers most of the cost for the camp so that applicants pay only $20 per person, which includes food, lodging and activities.

Camp Erdman offers camping in comfort with no shortage of activities for all ages from archery, swimming, kayaking, hiking, a ropes course, climbing wall and campfires to crafts and special keiki activities. The food is just as diverse and plentiful - Camp Erdman prides itself on its meal spread.

The March 18 application deadline has been extended until all available spaces are filled.
