The Kaaawa Elementary School Parent/Community Networking Center will sponsor a fun run next month on the Kualoa Ranch trails.

The second annual “Ocean Warrior 5K Family Fun Run/Walk” is set for 8 to 10 a.m. April 9. Check-in begins at 7. Proceeds from entry fees and sales of water, juice, shave ice and food will support the school PTO’s programs and upcoming community events.

Fee is $10 per person for students and their families, and $15 for all other runners. Checks should be made out to Kaaawa Elementary School PTO and sent c/o Michele Pouvave to 51-296 Kamehameha Hwy., Kaaawa, HI 96717.

Entry forms are available at k12.hi.us/~kaaawa. Those who register by March 25 get a free event T-shirt.
