T-shirt Contest For Artistic Kailua Lovers

The I Love Kailua Town Party celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2012, and if you are artistically inclined and love Kailua LaniKailua Outdoor Circle has a contest is for you.

The club is offering a $100 prize to the local artist who creates the best design that depicts Kailua for its 2012 Town Party T-shirt, which will be offered for sale at the April 22, 2012, town party.

“We are looking forward to getting a lot of good entries from our many talented local artists, and find the best T-shirt design to celebrate the Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle 20th annual I Love Kailua Town Party,” says club member Pat Meyers.

The design must be original, use a maximum of six colors, should be at least 5by-7 and no larger than 9by-13 inches, and must include the words “I Love Kailua.”

The artwork will be judged on creativity and originality, and must be received by Oct. 31. The winning design becomes the property of LKOC.
