Medical Institute Named After Tseu
Dr. Lawrence K.W. Tseu (center) was recently congratulated by University of Oxford chancellor Lord Christopher Patten (left) and John Henry Felix for his recent election to Oxford’s prestigious Chancellor’s Court of Benefactors. University of Oxford’s Harris Manchester College in England announced the establishment of a medical institute to be known as the “Harris Manchester, Oxford Tseu Medical Institute.” Dr. Tseu was elected the chairman of the institute at its organizational meeting in Oxford last month and will closely monitor its progress.
AAPCHO Presents National Award
The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) recently presented Kaneohe resident John McComas with its national Organizational Leadership Award at the “Cultivating Traditions of Wellness: Building Sustainable Health Care Homes” gala in Washington, D.C.
