The best of the Hawaii public relations industry was on display at the Public Relations Society of America, Hawaii Chapter’s (PRSA Hawaii) annual Koa Anvil awards dinner at the Halekulani.

In a record year of 97 entries, 50 Koa Anvil and Hammer awards were given out to recognize excellence in both programs and tactics respectively. A record-setting 191 attendees showed up at the event, including 13 of PRSA Hawaii’s past presidents.

This year, PRSA Hawaii raised $2,250 toward professional development for PR students and young practitioners.
