This week on the show we’re cooking up fun and easy recipes for Hawaii’s keiki to go with Disney and Pixar’s Ratatouille.

CRISPY PIZZA

* 6-inch Sinaloa flour tortilla
* 1 tablespoon favorite pizza sauce
* pizza cheese mix
* assorted pizza toppings of choice: mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, olives, pepperoni slices

Lay the flour tortilla on a flat surface on a piece of foil. Spread the tortilla with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Top with favorite pizza topping. Place the tortilla pizza with the foil on a grill and cover the grill for 2 to 3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Serve warm.

TERIYAKI PINEAPPLE BURGER

* 1 May’s teriyaki patty
* slice of pineapple
* 1 slice of American cheese
* 1 hamburger bun

Grill teriyaki patty and slice of pineapple. Add the slice of American cheese to the teriyaki patty and grill until it starts to melt. Slightly grill the hamburger bun, then combine all ingredients and serve.

CARAMELIZED BANANA SUNDAE

* 1 whole banana
* 4 tablespoon butter, cut into cubes
* 2 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
* 3 scoops Dave’s vanilla ice cream
* piece of aluminum foil

Peel the banana and slice it before placing it on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add butter cubes and sprinkle with brown sugar. Fold

the foil to create a pouch. Place on a grill for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the grill and pour over vanilla ice cream.

(Banana also can be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees)
